Yes, it's possible to find cool, original dresses in Vancouver for less than $150.
We picked up a grey knit mini dress that looks great over white jeans ($95), a jersey bubble dress perfect with killer heels ($85), and a slinky blue number that's very Bianca Jagger ($145), all at the brand new Scout boutique.
And if you don't mind that Lindsay Lohan and Cameron Diaz are wearing them, there are the long, floaty silk Voom dresses that are causing a stir in L.A.
Not to mention Voom's little cotton smock dress embroidered with birds that Paris Hilton was snapped in.
