Mastering Victoria Beckham's steely gaze is no easy task, but mimicking her smoky eye is a snap.
Part kohl liner and part cream shadow, Becca's Line + Illuminate pencil
is the 2-in-1 trick. First rim the eye all ‘round with the dark liner
and smudge it out from the lash line, then highlight the inner corner
of your eyes with the velvety highlighter that comes in a complementary
shade. Using the green-hued Fiji, we achieved posh peepers in 60
seconds flat.
