What Are Your Summer Staycation Plans?

It’s safe to say that summer 2020 will be different than past summers. And our homes and communities will play a more important role than ever. Even as states lift shelter-in-place orders and businesses slowly reopen, many people this summer will choose to avoid hotel rooms, vacation rentals, beaches, public swimming pools, summer camps and state parks — and just stay home.

Even after months at home, a staycation can still be alluring. You’ve just got to think creatively. And that’s where the Houzz community can help.

At the end of May, many news outlets reported that kiddie pools across the country were sold out, or were fetching a high price on online auction sites. Have you snatched one up?
