Summer 2006 – Removed wall between kitchen and great room.
Summer 2006 – Extended doorway opening between great room and front foyer.
Summer 2006 – Extended doorway opening between living room and front foyer.
Summer 2006 – Removed wall in upper bedroom.
Summer 2006 – Changed bedroom into bathroom and changed bathroom into bedroom in upper level of home.
Fall 2008- Removed wall in north area of basement. Extended doorway opening in basement. Installed wall in west area of basement.
Flooring:
September 2006- Installed new 7” Fir plank flooring throughout main level of home. Sanded and finished on spot and custom stained old world rustic walnut.
Rebuilt staircase in entrance with custom made fir wood treads.
October 2006 – Installed new underlay and carpeting in all bedrooms.
July 2006 – Installed new flooring and shower walls in upstairs hallway bathroom.
Fall 2008 – Sealed basement cement flooring, installed new underlay and Berber carpeting throughout basement.
Fall 2009 – Installed new slate flooring in entrance of basement.
Fall 2009 – Installed new slate flooring in entrance of mudroom.
Winter 2009 – Installed new slate flooring in laundry room.
Spring 2009- Epoxy sealed all stamped concrete exterior pathways.
Spring 2010 – Installed new crema marfel look porcelain flooring in master bedroom ensuite.
Summer 2010 – Installed Premier Garage epoxy floor covering in garage.
Summer 2010 – Resealed driveway with airport grade tar sealer.
Summer 2010 – Installed new rustic slate flooring on north exterior deck.
Kitchen:
September 2006 – Removed existing wall between kitchen and great room. Installed supporting beam as deemed necessary by architect.
Replaced all appliances with stainless steel commercial grade Viking and Bosch appliances. Reorganized cabinetry to allow for built-in microwave and wall oven. Installed custom made cabinet to accommodate over-sized commercial fridge.
Resurfaced all solid oak cabinetry, replaced all hinges and installed new hardware.
Installed granite on all kitchen surfaces.
